Looking for a formalist

Have a simple ritual that I need casted Friday night.
General aspect mark ritual.
Will pay for the help. And if someone has the ability of true empowerment I would be interested in adding that.

I'm no formalist, but if you don't manage to find someone, I'm sure there are lots of people in town that would be willin' to draw things on you with just an ordinary quill!

I'm not really sure why anyone would need a ritual for a Mark, honestly!

I'm looking to do it this market day.
I have been looking at a mark for awhile now and have the resources to do it. I know I've been a bit off but I think I have good reason for it.
