Alliance Design Committee Team Member
Requirements:
Alliance Player in good standing
Recommendation from a Chapter Owner or National Committee Lead (Nomination, not letter)
At least 3 years of game writing/game staff/game running experience (Including games outside of Alliance)
Availability to meet online 2/month for two hours to discuss ongoing and submitted projects.
Availability to work independently or with a group on projects for 4-6 hours a month.
Preferences:
Have passed an Alliance Marshall exam, or other certification through ARC or a local chapter’s head of rules.
Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Docs, and Discord
Experience in Alliance Staff: Plot, Monster Desk, Logistics
Experience in Gaming and Game Design in general
Alliance LARP Documents Committee Team Member
We are looking for another member to add to our team! Must be able to commit to at least 1 meeting per week, have strong typing and editing skills, and be able to work with a team to both edit and reformat/retype Alliance Official Documents. Access to Microsoft Office Suite, including Publisher, preferred, as well as basic knowledge of Google Docs. All Alliance experiences are welcome – from a new player to a serious veteran. The more perspectives we get the better!
Assistant to the Alliance General Manager - Project Management
I am looking for someone who either has Project Management experience, or is looking to gain Project Management experience in helping to facilitate and excecute on the overall vision of change management at the National level of the organization. We are currently utilizing Agile methodologies, with the committee leads acting as SCRUM masters, and the GM team acting as the Product Owners. This position will have a requirement to attend meetings on the first and last wednesday of each month, and will report directly to the Alliance General Manager.
