To all applicants and members of the New Acarthia chapter of the Mages Guild:
If you are in attendance at the April 414 Gathering, please join us for a meeting at 11 pm on Friday evening in the Guildhall. This is a mandatory meeting for all members of the Mages Guild, as we will be discussing important matters and procedure. Applicants are also warmly welcome.
We will be addressing promotions and promotion requirements, including the parameters of advancement trials. Additionally, we'll cover Guild membership responsibilities, expectations, and any relevant news.
These meetings will be a regular occurrence at Ducal Gatherings, at 11pm on Friday evenings. It's a useful way of touching base, sharing news, and communicating necessary information, as well as enhancing organization within the guildhall.
As an additional note, if you have completed a trial for advancement, please bring a written summary of your trial so that you may receive credit for your accomplishment. Your trial does not count until we have your written summary.
