Magic Items LCO list.

In order to purchase a Magic Item, you will need to pay its goblin stamps cost plus one magic item pick. You may purchase as many rituals as you would like.

Rituals can be on the same item but all must be purchased at the same time.

No item may be over 20 rituals

Each purchase will last for 20 logistics periods

The donation drive mentions a 3 Effect, 20 Logistics Period, LCO Magic Item.

Is this the list to pick our effects off of?
Or will there be a separate one specific to that particular item?

Yes you are correct
I travel quite a bit but I'm not clear on what normal 20 ritual magic item limit is.

I assume it's 20 effects, but is that based on things transferring from outside the chapter, total effects (ie does it matter if I gain magic items locally)?

Anything gained locally will be scaled to the current game. And will be independent of those limits. The first season of game I am guessing will be dialing all that math in. I am not plot but there is math involved.

Will Render Indestructible Improved be only good for 20 LP or will be Permanent? (Post says 20LP but the ritual scroll says Permanent)
Also for Times Ever effects, will those be good for 20 LP or until used?
Eternal Resolution and Healing/Chaos Imbuement are missing GS costs?
