Please email Ashe to arrange bedding!! We have plenty of bed space but want to bed folks with their friends whenever able. The majority of the bedding will be in 8 bed primitive style cabins that have no electricity. Let Ashe know if your tenting, have a medical need for electricity such as a cpap, and whose in your group or if you just want a bed and do not care where you sleep!!

We will have a travel committee with several volunteers providing loaner reps of armor and weapons to those who request aid. These same folks will help out by receiving shipments from out of town travelers. We will also have limited ability to host travelers who have travel plans not sync up perfectly, AND we will have a couple volunteers acting as shuttles between the airport and site. There will be more information posted about this as we get closer to the event Reach out to us at Travel Help!

The National Event Plot Team is hard at work preparing this event, and we're super excited to have you become a part of all the neat stuff we're planning! I know you've got a while to submit your registrations, but remember, the sooner you get them in, the more accurately we can tailor the event to the attending players!

When will character sheets be printed? Just so we know how long we have to edit our preregistration.
 
At this time please note due to COVID-19 we are moving the event to Labor Day, September 4th.

We ask if you have preregistered and no longer able to make it that you simply remove your prereg via the CMA.

We will update the list in a few days time. We have plenty of time to get this sort out and for folks to prereg/prepay as the new deadline will be August 15th for that.

Those of you who have prepaid and are not going to be able to make it, can choose to have it be counted as a donation garnering you dragon stamps and goblin stamps from 4 different chapters...OR transfer it to any Chicago Event in the 2020 season with any overage being counted as a donation. Just PM me directly to work that out.
