Snacks: Fresh Fruit (Apples, Watermelon, and Bananas) and Granola Bars
Drinks: Water and Lemonade

Friday Night:

Midnight Meal: Chicken Quesadillas (flour tortillas, shredded spiced chicken, and queso chihuahua cheese) with chips and salsa. Served with a side of sour cream and chopped tomatoes.
Gluten Free Option: Mini-Chicken Nachos with Black Beans and Corn
Vegetarian Option: Substitute with Cheese Quesadillas
Lactose Free Option: Chicken Rice Bowl with Black Beans and Corn.

Saturday:

Breakfast: Breakfast Ramen (asian noodles cooked with eggs, cheddar cheese, and crumble bacon; topped with scallions)
Gluten-Free option: Substitute with gluten-free noodles
Vegetarian option: Prepared without bacon
Lactose-Free option: Prepared without cheese

Lunch: Smash Burgers with american cheese and choice condiments (ketchup, mayo, mustard, relish) served with a side of Chips
Gluten-Free Option: Substitute GF bun
Vegetarian Option: Substitute veggie patty
Lactose-Free Option: No cheese

Dinner: Greek Spaghetti (tomato meat sauce cooked with cinnamon, garlic, kefalotyri cheese, and Mizithra cheese), served with a side salad (iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and carrots) with a choice of ranch or italian dressing and a bread roll
Gluten-Free Option: Substitute with gluten-free noodles
Vegetarian Option: Prepared without meat
Lactose-Free Option: Spaghetti and tomato sauce

Sunday:

Breakfast: Breakfast Tacos (Eggs scrambled with fresh chorizo sausage in a corn flour tortillas with melted queso chihuahua cheese)
Gluten-Free Option: Already gluten-free
Vegetarian Option: No chorizo
Lactose-Free Option: Served without cheese.

Lunch: Italian Beef Sandwiches with a side of chips. Choice of mozzarella cheese and/or peppers with it.
Gluten-Free Option: Substituted with a gluten-free bun.
Vegetarian Option: Grilled peppers, cheese, and onions sandwich.
Lactose-Free Option: Remove mozzarella cheese option

Dinner: Pull Pork Roasted Garlic Mac and Cheese served with apple cider vinegar coleslaw (apple cider vinegar, cabbage, honey, celery seeds, dijon mustard, sugar, and salt) .
Gluten-Free Option: Pull Pork Sandwich with GF bun
Vegetarian Option: No Pulled Pork
Lactose-Free Option: Pull Pork Sandwich​

A few folks have asked for meal times.

Exact Meal Times may fluctuate slightly but both Saturday and Sunday should look something like this:

Breakfast 8-10:30
Lunch: 1-2:30
Dinner: 6:30-7:30
