Next Round of IBGAs?

So, with the big gap between weekend events, and the fact there is the back to back one days in July... when can we expect the timeline for IBGAs to be posted? Will we be allowed any extra actions due to the massive time gap?

I asked Rob about it and he said they will make an announcement about IBGAs in the next few days. (I'm assuming after the weekend.)
