NPC guild meeting

Prospectively, we'd like to have a meeting of the NPC Guild the weekend before the event. What are peoples' availability and thoughts on driving down to Corvallis versus having Holly and I drive up? If you all drive down, I can do some grilling and we can sort out some defined costuming maybe.

I have stuff going on until about 1pm that Saturday, Sunday I'm free, as long as we'd be finished by 5ish.

I'd like it if the meeting were in the Portland area. I could even set reserve the clubhouse at my apartment complex if we need a meeting space and an open area for fighting.

I can head down that weekend. I would much prefer Saturday for the meeting. Either Portland or Corvallis works for me (I'll be doing enough driving anyways, whats a little bit more )

Actually, things have conspired that Saturday afternoon (1-5ish) at Bryan H's clubhouse would work out. We could dig it.

Minor change, the NPC guild meeting will be at JP's work which is at 1600 SW 4th Ave, Portland, OR. When you get there, ring JP up on his cell (pm me for the numbers) so we can let people in and up. The meeting is still planned from 1-5.
