There are two party locations:
Inside will be a fancy, elegant clothing ball.
Outside, a not-so-elegant gathering (a moot, if you will).
In general also: combat will not be allowed within the area for the fancy ball. This is so any who wish to go full fancy will not have to worry about messing with their fancier garb, or carrying weapons.
