For the coming single day event on 04/23/22 these are the things we need a player to do and/or be aware of when attending the event!

- Get your garb, supplies, and weapons together! Your items should give off the implication that you are in a high fantasy setting, but we do make exceptions for things like footwear for safety. For scholars you will need a notebook of some manner to act as your spellbook, for martial characters boffer or latex weapons and a shield if you have access to AND plan on using one for this event. All info on specifics is available in the Alliance Rule book and Player Guide (We will have limited loaner gear available on an as needed basis. We will not have spare character required prosthetics (elf ears, dwarf beards, etc.) so if you are planning on playing a character of one of the races with required makeup/prosthetics please plan to bring your own.
- Pre-register in the CMA! –Let us know you are attending, this helps us to plan the best experience possible for you and will allow us to have as much as we can ready for you before heading out to the park. The cost is $25 for PCs and $10 for NPCs payable via cash onsite or to our paypal at Alliance Atlanta Paypal
- Come to the Picnic Shelter 2 at Sweetwater Creek State Park. We will be set up at the tables to assist players between 12PM and 2PM but we ask that you do your best to check in at least an hour before game on (2PM) to go through your logistics, safety check process, and sign liability and release forms.
- If brand new we will help you to craft a character from scratch and answer questions, but please show up earlier if possible as we have every intention of starting at 2PM.
If NPC’ing
- Come wearing all black clothes and be ready to work! As an NPC you will have assigned roles you will need to play to participate as the flora, fauna, and other antagonists of our story. We will also need NPC’s to help prep encounters as other encounters are currently running, so it will be a mix of portraying roles and helping decorate the set!
- Pre-register in the CMA! – Even if you are not PCing you will need to create a character in the CMA as a place holder to earn future experience and NPC rewards The cost is $25 for PCs and $10 for NPCs payable via cash onsite or to our paypal at Alliance Atlanta Paypal

- There is a $5 required fee per car for parking at the state park payable on the GA state parks website - https://gastateparks.org/SweetwaterCreek
- As a note there are no bathrooms immediately available within our area, but there are public bathrooms at the main park parking area near the docs.
- We will have water available, but as we are starting in the afternoon, we will not be taking a food break during this event, but do plan to do a group dinner afterwards for any who are interested in attending.
