This is for the Alliance Oregon March 17, 2013 Game day, Return to the Sleeper’s Grove, at Camp Reeher, in the Tillamook State Park, OR.
Please be aware that if you do not Pre-reg you will need to bring a copy of your character card with you from a previous event to use. If you do not, you may not get to PC the game day.
And a friendly reminder that you will not be able to spend build at the game day.

Directions:
From Portland take HWY 26 West to the Timber Junction (NW Timber Rd) and turn left. Continue 3 miles to Timber and turn right on Cochran road. Follow Cochran for 2 miles to the camp. Park in the day use area and not in front of the gate.
Site-specific information:
The camp is closed to overnight camping, so we will likely have the site to ourselves, though there may be people riding horses through. If you encounter riders during the gameday, call a localized hold until they have cleared the area, so as not to spook their horses.
Camp Reeher is a primitive camp with pit toilets and no garbage, everyone is required to pack out their trash. Throwing garbage in the pit toilets is unacceptable. It is suggested you bring mirrors for applying makeup, as there are none on site.

Additional Game day Information:
- Description: A guardian of an old vale slumbers fitfully, asleep for hundreds of years. Initial efforts to awaken it were thwarted by the Harkonians. Will they try to awaken it first? What will happen to it if they do? Unwilling to take any chance of the Harkonians getting their hands on it, Lord Gyr asks that anyone who is willing, help awaken the guardian save it from a potential fate worse than death.
Start: Check-in will start at 10am with a hard lay-on at 11am.
End: Plan on ending at 15:00 for now, though it could be earlier/later depending on how things go.
