Announcing Pre-Registration for our August 24-26 Weekend Event at MUCC Cedar Lake Camp

The price for this event will be $65, and anyone who pre-registers will save $10 off the cost of the event! Pre-registration will also get you priority at Logistics.

In order to help get you through logistics faster and more smoothly, we will be trying something different this season! For this season, please form a line when arriving at Logistics. If you have pre-registered, you may proceed to the front of the line as priority.

Logistics Details
Magic Item, Scroll, and substantial Production requests (including the total goblin stamp cost of the request) will close at 11:59pm on August 17th (Friday)
Preregistration for this event will close at 11:59pm on August 19th 2018 (Sunday).

Please send the following information to logistics@alliancesouthmichigan.com.
  • Inform Logistics how you wish to spend any Build
  • Provide Logistics with a list of your Magic Items (Item number, expiration date, and effects)
  • If you have Spells, High Magic, and/or Production provide Logistics with how you want to use those skills.
  • Any Vacuum Package Purchases or other Uses of Goblin Stamps (List Here)
All of this information must be provided before the deadline in order to qualify for the discount.

Wow, we're getting close to a 50 Player event, which has us really excited. If you know anyone is is planning on attending but hasn't let us know already give them a nudge so that we can be prepared.

Any building changes? Are you guys putting Monster camp in same place as the last guest event?
 
Monster camp/Mod Building will be located in the "B" Group (Tamarack, Cedar, and White Pines).

"A" Group (normally Monster camp and Mod Buildings), "C" Group (Pheasant and Grouse), and the Camp Store/Medical Building are available for sleeping.
The Crafts Building (Healer's Guild) is also available if people want to move beds into there.
 
Travis, Chad, Matt, and myself have decided to swallow the cost of the tavern personally (not the business) this weekend. So you'll only have to pay for meals in game.
