Production shops

I believe our normal policy for places that PC's have not been has been to give PC's full access to workshops for the first night of logistics, with no access during subsequent logistics periods for that event.

For example: for a normal event, you would have full access on Friday logistics, but no access for Saturday night logistics.

That works. I did my logistics with the thought that I had a shop, not thinking I may not have access to it at the start. Thanks Adam!
