Question about Batches and Production Points

Hello!
I'm a new Alliance player.
Question:

With one rank in Blacksmith I receive 5 production points, and pay 5 copper for crafting with those.

Assuming I batch that twice, to have the original 5, +5+5 more prod points = 15; and pay another 10 and 15 copper, total paid 30 copper. Can I then use that 15 Production Points to make something worth 15 PP? Or am I only allowed to make items worth 5 or less production points (several times), since I only have one rank in Blacksmith?

Batching does not allow you to create an item you could not otherwise create. You could create 3 daggers, but not a spear.
 
okay - one more question:

At a two day event, my one rank in Blacksmith gives me 5+5 = 10 Production Points. Can I only make two 5PP items? Or can I make one 10PP item?

Two days worth of points cannot be combined.
