Ritual System Audit

Alliance San Francisco will be receiving a new ritual database in the near future with all of the changes to the ritual system. In order to fully implement the new rules we will need to re-print all ritual scrolls and some magic item tags. In addition, we will be performing a full audit of the chapter's ritual inventory.

Please email a list of all of your San Francisco magic items, ritual scrolls, reagents, and catalysts to rules@alliancesf.net. San Francisco items can be recognized by the ASF or SFG prefix on the item number as follows:

Magic items: ASF-MIXXXXXX or SFG-MIXXXXXX
Ritual Scrolls: ASF-RSXXXXXX or SFG-RSXXXXXX
Reagents: ASF-REXXXXXX or SFG-REXXXXXX
Catalysts: ASF-CAXXXXXX

Any San Francisco items or ritual materials not reported and re-printed (if necessary) from the updated database will not be allowed for use in the game!

When ritual scrolls or magic items are traded in for updated ones we will verify the tags (both what you are giving us and what we are giving you), then the old ones will be destroyed.

Please send in your inventory ASAP in order to facilitate this process and ensure that all of your ritual belongings will be usable at upcoming events.

As a note, the audit will not take effect until the May weekend event. The Twinspire day event this weekend is unaffected.

Please make sure to get your ritual materials and magic items to rules@alliancesf.net before the May weekend event.

This is the last chance to email a list of your reagents, scrolls, catalysts and magic items to rules@alliancesf.net prior to the May game.

Any SF materials not received by 6 PM Thursday May 5th will not be audited before Friday and will need to be audited on site prior to check in if you wish to be able to use them at game.

Any SF materials not audited will not be available for use at the May event!
