Dragonreach, the first daughter of the house of Risel, Anna,
is awarded the Rothar medal of Honor.
Henceforth; Let it be known that through treaty with the
great nation of Foundry and the kingdom of Dragonreach
that the fort once known as The Shield of the West will, now
and forever be known as Fort Anna, and stand as a bastion
and symbol of peace and protection between our two nations.
