Summary: This will change how Ritual Scrolls/Talismans and Catalysts interact when they are all imported into the CMA. The change effectively will make the Catalyst the item which defines which Ritual/Talisman it connects to rather than the other way around.
Currently a Regeneration Ritual Scroll currently lists which specific Catalyst it requires to be cast based on chapter of origin, and the catalyst for the Regeneration Ritual does not list which scroll it is a catalyst for.
With adoption of this proposal the Regeneration Ritual Scroll/Talisman will reference that it requires A catalyst, and the Regeneration Catalyst will instead specifically notate that it is for the Regeneration Ritual Scroll/Talisman
