The new Rule Book is available with color pictures, updated rules, and a free PDF download! The paperback will be forthcoming (but won't be in color).

You can download the free PDF version of the rulebook at the link above. It should be noted that this isn't a serious rules revision, it's mostly pulling all of the rules changes and updates over the last couple years and putting them into the book. There won't be any re-writes and you shouldn't expect the game to change significantly due to the new book. (We will not have physical copies of the new rulebook in time for the Labor Day event (but if you want a v1.1 cheap, let us know), but the rules will be the same either way.)
