Searching for the witch Maribell

I am searching for the witch Maribell. She escaped from prison back in April and has stolen an item from the a coven of witches in the Howling Wood, that my be import to reversing the were-rat curse that afflicts some many of our friends and towns people at this time. My own investigations have run cold, and information that might help her to be tracked down would be greatly appreciated, and rewarded.
