Signature Spell Mem

I searched the document for this rule (which is in the v0.12b pre-release), but did not find it:

"When a Signature Spell is cast from memory (meaning not from a Magic Item or the Flexible Casting skill, and not used via another skill such as Magistarium Strike), if it hits a target but triggers a Guard, Return, or No Effect defense, the spell may be subsequently Meditated back as though it had missed."

Am I missing it somewhere or has it been removed?

I reviewed the Player’s Guide and the ARB; I concur that this entry does not exist.

However, the ARB also does not have an entry regarding Signature Spells; the Player’s Guide does. I suspect that the text may have been lost by putting the Sig Spell information the PG, which is not designed to discuss a lot of the mechanics of our system. That’s just speculation.
