A weary,travel stained Phalen arrives at the arcane sanctum. Making his way through the massive door he stops the nearest sanctum member he spots. " Beg pardon neighbour. My name is Phelan Marrok a deputy of Parsons Breach. I've come into possession of a ring that I was hoping to get some questions answered about. Could you help me out?"
 
Giving you a quick glance, "Item research is that way," he indicates down the hall before moving on.
 
" Thankie kindly neighbour " replied Phelan. Arriving at a door, Phelan pushes open the massive portal. Poking his shaggy muzzle in. Phelan calls out " Is this item research? I have a sparkly ring that is acting odd. "
