Across the lands of Tel’Vania, two scrolls are sent to every known Nation and Kingdom. Some arrive by way of a pair of heavily armed Elves wearing the well-known forest colors of the Alendil. These Elves are unusual, for they wear white tabards with a yellow sunburst in the center. There are also Humans clad in black and purple as well as finely dressed Hoblings that bear this pair of scrolls across the lands. The letters are not only sent to countries, but dropped in Taverns and other gathering points across Tel’Vania.
