After having exhausted many soldiers in war against Bleak, a new contingent of troops have completed their training in New Lyceria. This is one of the first brand new continents to be formed after the end of the war against the Great White Wyrm. They can be seen marching towards the Onothera. It's quite a march but, they're energized. You should be able to see your first sights of them in a little over a weeks time, they'll likely pass through Valbrough.
