During the encounter last market day thumb made a comment to me that has been on my mind.
But I don't know much about him and where he lives. Does anyone have information on him?

Thomm is the leader of the HugeMungus Rock kobold tribe in the borderlands / Duchy of ThornCryf. Go to Asyl, walk into the mist his encampment is by the lake. I think he is on the west side of the lake if memory serves.

In the past, he needs to be tired out before really being able to talk. I'd prepare for a fight.
His immense patience during Dragon's Fall was a new development and one I would not expect to see again for a while.

Can confirm on west side of poisoned lake. You will pass by stonerest, but whatever is there just watches. There is a group of scavengers there too and I was allowed to travel there cause I was a scavenger. Otherwise expect trouble with kobolds before getting to Thraum.
