Greetings all,
In preparation for the invasion and crushing the Corrupt in their own lands, I am investing time and resources into building a cavalry and equestrian training grounds. Should we hope to retake the Corrupt lands and destroy the nodes of the weave, we will need to be able to cover large distances quickly. While circle travel will remain the most effective it is also not currently the most efficient for holding lines until we can secure currently hostile circles or make solid defenses or new circles.
Thus, I am proposing a standing cavalry as a quick response force to more effectively combat the Corrupt, support the front lines, and lead the charge on assault missions to include node destruction. While the Corrupt may have their numbers, they are slow. Tactical raids to out maneuver them with speed, range and skill will be the focus of our training.
