Wards and unwilling persons

pg 125 under Ward states "Invested members who are unconscious (or conscious, yet unwilling) will not pass through the Ward unless recognized by someone else."

The initial part of this seems straight-forward: someone who is unconscious needs to be recognized since they cannot recognize themselves. The other part I have always seen played as simply "if someone is unwilling to enter/exit a ward (regardless of whether or not they're invested), they won't pass through", however, in reading it over, the implication appears to be that even if someone is unwilling to enter a Ward (or, by extension, a Circle of Power or Wizard Lock), they *can* be forced through so long as someone else recognizes them.

One tactical application for this would seem to be that someone could ostensibly be Repelled into a Ward against their will. (Repel, of course, is nefariously worded, and would likely lead to arguments about whether or not entering a Ward is equitable to walking off a cliff or being forced through a rift.)

Is the intent that conscious people can be forced into/out of Wards/WizLocks/CoPs against their will regardless of their investiture status?

This post is to inform you that your question is currently being discussed by the ARC and once some clarification has been made, will be posted here (removing this post). Depending on the level of clarification and discussion (and potential involvement of the Owners or other national staff, if needed) this may take time.

The intent is the yes, people can be recognized and forced into and out of Wards and Circles even if conscious, if they are forced to move (by being helpless and carried, being pushed by a Repel, etc.) through it. Obviously they can simply choose to not take that final step into/out of the Ward if they are not being forced to move.
