Weapon damage callouts

Say I've got a silver longsword and I've slathered a helping of sleep poison on it, do I call out "Five silver sleep poison" or only "Five sleep poison?"

Or am I way off the mark here?

Edit: basically what I'm asking is if you can combine a property of the weapon with a coating in a callout or if it's one or the other.

A weapon strike may never have more than one carrier applied to it.

Your next attack with the weapon would use the "sleep poison" carrier and, assuming you didn't strike the air, your following attacks would revert to your "Silver" carrier.
