Do Weapon Prof and Back Stab stack for damage.

I.E. I have 2 WP with a sword then I swing 4 from any direction. Now if I picked up a Back Stab. Am I now swinging 6 from behind? (2 sword + 2 WP +2 BS)

WP and Backstab absolutely stack.

This includes for ranged damage, too!

Cool. I have a fighter and was thinking about MAYBE going to Scout in the future. If they ever make it either or with the WP and BS.

I guess I should have asked in the first block. Does a magic item with say a 6th level spell stored in it require that level casting ability to cast it or can anyone?

Anyone can activate a magic item (unless a flaw on the item states otherwise), assuming it's not an Arcane Armor above your armor maximum.

Not being able to cast a 6th level spell from memory simply means you'd have to say the Incantation. Ergo, activating a stored Sleep spell:

"Activate, I command you to sleep!"

Then toss your packet and send the sucka' to the dreamworld.

Whereas someone who can actually cast the spell from memory can just say "Activate Sleep!" and throw the packet. So casters have an advantage when using magic items, but they're not the only ones that can use them.
