When do events start?

What time on Friday does the May 29-31 event start? And when would you like NPCs to arrive?
 
Game on is usually pretty flexible. It all depends on when Plot is ready to do opening. Usually we aim for around 10:00pm as that gives Seattle players time to show up.

We like NPC's to arrive anytime after 3. The camp is not open until then so please do not show up before that. 5 is typically a safe time to show up.
 
It should be stated that, especially as an NPC, show up whenever you can. You will be put to use right away, regardless of if you are a couple of hours early or a couple of hours late. We can always, always, always use more NPCs. :D
 
One other question, when does the event get over?
 
We end at 12:00pm (noon) on Sunday. We try to be cleaned up and off site by 2 or 3?

Though Norm's answer is generally correct, there are other factors that determine when we end game. These factors can depend on the site and our reservation, as well as our staff's schedule. If our GM has to be at work by 16:00 on Sunday, we usually end game at 10 or 10:30, and try to be off site by 13:00 (for example).

Glad you asked.

We are looking at trying to start at 20:00 on Friday (we have a lot to get started Friday) and wrapping up by 11:00a on Sunday.
