Where to buy sheet metal?

I'm trying to find a place to buy sheet metal. I'm especially trying to find black mirror finished stainless steel. Does anybody have any recommendations?

Trying to find that type of metal will be next to impossible as most of the blacking takes place after the crafting - since cutting and shaping it would damage the finish. However, you can try to look here:
