Can you please elaborate on this ruling: viewtopic.php?f=98&t=6508

Specifically this portion:
ARC said:
14 gauge SWG 0.06408
14 gauge AWG 0.0641
As far as I can tell the previous statement on wire diameters is incorrect.
The correct size of the gauges is:
14 gauge SWG is 0.08 in = 12 gauge AWG
14 gauge AWG is 0.0641 in = 16 gauge SWG
