NPCs are the plot team's dangerous puppets, and they 100% love to wreck your shit. They're super fun and super cool, and love to experience the game from a new and ever-shifting perspective.

NPCs are amazing, talented, and pretty, and I'm not just saying that because I'm afraid they'll stab me in the middle of the night. They'll try to stab me no matter what, and that's why I love them, because what they do makes LARP exciting.
