Pre-reg and Cabin Sign-Up for Alliance Oregon Jan 30 - Feb1

Pre-reg is now OPEN!! (If you have missed the pre-reg deadline please still send in a pre-reg if you are planning on coming to the event, while you may not get the discount you can help make Friday night check-in faster and easier for all of us.)

Please be aware that it has been okayed to offer 15 goblin stamps, just like Seattle, if you pre-reg early! We will give you 15 goblin stamps if you pre-reg by Friday January 2nd. This gives you nearly 8 whole weeks to pre-reg and receive 15 goblin stamps!

This is for the Alliance Oregon January 30 - February 1 event at Camp Kiwanilong, Warrenton, OR.

Pre-reg will close on Friday, January 16th, at 11:59 PM. (Pre-reg will be closing two weeks prior to events going forward, to give the logistics team more time to handle requests and pre-event prep, thank you for your understanding.)

If you have any BP expenditures you need to take care of them separately from your pre-reg, please send inquiries and requests to the logistics email. Thanks!

In addition we will be cracking down on incomplete pre-regs going forward, please remember that if your pre-reg is received incomplete you will not receive the discount event fee. You will be charged the at the door price for the event.

Event Fees
  • PC: $65.00 at the door, $50.00 if you pre-reg.
  • Advance page: $40.00 at the door, $30.00 if you pre-reg
  • Page: $30.00 at the door, $20.00 if you pre-reg
  • NPC: Free, NPC food is $15.00.

Please use the above link to sign up for your bunks. I will be moving (not removing) people who do not pre-reg. The Trading Post is Auto Assigned to Zaz so please do not move or remove her without her permission. NPC's do not need to sign up. We have plenty of sleep space but obviously it's good to have sleeping spots for those who we know are going!

The dates listed in the body are Saturday and Sunday only. Just for clarification, game is running Friday the 30th as well?

If I want to NPC and give the xp that I'd get for that to a new character, but I normally play in seattle, when I build a new character in seattle, will that build be easily accessible? If that makes sense.

You could make a human fighter in Seattle and name them whatever. When you make that character, be sure to tell Logistics that you plan to change the name, assuming you didn't already have the one you want for a new character. Then NPC pre-reg with the build going to that character. There might be an easier way I"m unaware of, as I've not been in that situation. Hope that helps.
 
You would pre-reg as a New Character. You will tell us what chapter you would like that character housed in. After the event, I will send a note to that chapter to create the new character with the XP from the weekend.
 
Yep! Rollin, if you want to start a new character housed in Seattle, shoot an email to Seattle logistics and I will get it built for you in the database. Then at Oregon games, just say that you want the build to go to "New Character" and put your home chapter as "Seattle".

It'd be fun to see you out in NPC camp in Oregon!

One week people. So far only 28 people are going to benefit from The Early Pre-Reg Goblin Stamp Bonus Program! HURRY!!! If you have time to read my post, you have time to pre-reg.
 
Dumb question. With Queenie's Reynauld's symptoms, she won't know until very close to the game if she'd be able to go (depends on the projected weather). She has pre-registered with the intent of going. If she is unable to attend would she still be eligible for the gobbies? I ask because she won't even think to ask it. ;)
 
Will be my first time attending this LARP.. I dont remember seeing a section in the Pre-Reg for Food Plan... I could be wrong but I dont believe it was there/ or i didnt check it.. but need to. THX
 
There is not a PC meal plan in Oregon. Some of the PC's will organize a communal meal. There is a post here on the boards that talks about it I believe.

As for this, we only award goblin stamps if you actually go! Thank you for asking this question! It's an incentive for those who plan to go not those who just want to make 15 extra goblin stamps. :)
