Larp: My primary larp focus nowadays is larps with consent-based mechanics, e.g. New World Magischola, Event Horizon, and other "Nordic" style, but I've gotten dragged back into Alliance LARP. Staffed at Denver for its first 3 years, nowadays playing in Utah. Chronic helium hand / can't stop volunteering for things, trying to control that and avoid anything resembling staffing for the time being.
The player: Psychotherapist. Genderqueer, they/them pronouns. Too many pets and too many hobbies.
The character: Orsolya Kaukapäiva Mielittu of the Horse Tribe of Yalinth, north of Acarthia; she/her. Basically an excuse to explore conquest era Magyar/Hungarian culture, garb, etc without having to actually join the SCA to do so. I'm basically playing the medieval equivalent of a psychotherapist, I can't turn it off, I've tried. I will therapize the heck out of your character if you give me a chance.
