A full squad of crack Sedovian scouts and soldiers have been sent on a mission to secure a foothold nearer to the old Auros capital in an effort to limit the movement and thus "recruitment" of new undead into their ranks. Information on the success or failure of this mission should be arriving within the week and the Sedovian camp is waiting with anticipation.
Tensions remain on a low simmer between the camps, though lessened by the acts of various adventurers. There have been no repeats of the acts of "pranking" gone wrong from November, much to the happiness of all. Thankfully the winter food staples are enough to keep the camps going, although people are getting a bit tired of salted meats and root vegetables. Some of the scouts have taken to hunting in small units for any wildlife, such as deer, elk, and the Savage Lands have been talking of organizing a bear hunt.
