    I think the racial changes could pretty easily be rolled out, yes, including sarr going away. For the most part, these changes have seemed fairly settled across the playtest versions. Body scaling is the only aspect I can think of that's still being settled, which could just be left out for now.

    If you're going to put rits on a throwing weapon, item recall is pretty much necessary to be one of them. It's a far better use of resources to go with weapon coatings though. You can get damage or alternate carriers without having to worry about someone running off with your magic item.
