I know I am posting this earlier than usual, but I suspect we will have a pretty big PC turnout and it is a 3 day on a non-traditional 3 day weekend so wanted to give people lots of time to ask for time off on Monday. The event is May 4-7 and we are hoping for as big an NPC turnout as possible...

We looked for them before we left on Sunday morning but did not see them. All the cabins were completely cleared out and we "swept" the center of camp. This leads me to think they are either hiding in your stuff or someone else grabbed them and maybe has not noticed yet that they are packed...

It has been a very long time since I have been to this site, but I do not recall it having any electricity.

Adam and I should be there between 7-8pm. Maybe earlier but it is hard to say. I suspect JP will be up around 8. I know many of us are still working a full day on Friday and just heading up after that.

In regards to folks who are staying overnight or are still interested in staying overnight: 1. There are still a number of bunks available. A few additional folk are likely coming, but a few folk on the list are likely going to tent instead. So....there should be bunk space if you decide...

Check-in/ Logistics is at 10am, game on is at 11am. We recommend folks bring food for lunch as if I recall there is not a lot super close by. Also we will not be Calling game off for lunch, as both NPCs and PCs will be encouraged to stay IG and RP.

2 cabins almost completely full. 2 still available. I know it looks like we still have tons of space, but if you think it is pretty likely you need/want a bunk of Friday night I would say so. These things have a tendency to fill up over night sometimes.

Shane is correct. Currently the Seattle gameday is scheduled to have logistics start at noon. That said I know our car will being trying to mobilize extra early, and the goal of letting folks stay Saturday night is to allow people a slightly shorter drive to the Seattle Gameday if you so...
