The archery tournament is a different competition all together so i do not know the answer for that

No because we want to be as fair as possible so the weapons used by plot will be as identical as possible

No skills calling wise required. Infact you won't even need the skills in weaponry to compete. All hit will be understood to be zero damage. To ensure fairness for all, weapons used in the tournament will be provided for by plot to ensure the closest even playing field.
