You can totally call a "1 assassinate" if you want, same with normal weapon swings, slays, etc.

I think it's a nifty idea for magical locks. Set up a module where you've found the tomb of Shadowblast the mage-thief and put in a requirement that this lock requires both legerdemain and read magic to open. Could be nifty.

Without feeling and weighing them I can't make a determination. What I CAN say is that this would be considered "alternate materials" so even if they aren't too large (no rulebook at work to check math) any weapon marshal could fail them based on that alone. I'd say buy one and have the Head of...

So if I'm understanding correctly the only cures for this are receiving a Life spell while in your death count or resurrection? (essentially the effect ends when you hit 0 body as a morf and you are a regular Dead body going forward from there)

It's the swipe attacks that are the biggest issue. The charging rules say that if I can reach out with my hand and touch you then you are fighting too closely for safety. I don't see a way to avoid that with this weapon. It looks awesome, but I can't think of a way to build it that meets...

I was going based on construction alone. I'd also fail it for combat safety as the striking surface mostly runs down your forearm and the weapon could not be wielded at arm's length, this weapon cannot be used without charging. The weapon also has striking surfaces on both sides of the grip...

I wouldn't pass this, cool as it may look, simply because it has blades on both ends and doesn't meet the construction guidelines of the only double-sided weapon in the game (staff). It also doesn't look like the "stabbing" end would meet dagger length.

Not teal though right?
