September 22nd is scheduled for Miller Castle! And it's likely going to be the finale of a 10-ish year plot arc, so it's bound to be a really good event.

"Production" just refers to the items your character can make with the different production skills, like Alchemy or Blacksmith. If you're getting those skills and want to make stuff, put that down under production needs, but they can handle your starting items and stuff like that at the event.
