There are some Day Events before that August weekend and they're working on getting more weekends scheduled, but things are pretty booked around here this year. The next Parna events are June 10th (Day Event), June 30th (Day Event), July 21st (Day Event), August 10-12 (Weekend). -Luke

I would suggest making a stencil to put it on with makeup each event. You could get a plastic mask (full- or half-face, depending on size and location of tattoos) and cut out the pattern you want so that the shape and position of tattoos is consistent from one event to the next. -Luke

Exactly what Mark just said, that's what mine is like. The head is all made of open-cell foam. I had an old mattress topper which I cut up and used to make the layers. -Luke

I can't answer all of your questions with any cerititude...but I can say that the hammer I'm making happened to work out to be in 3 layers. I just attached the middle layer to the regular foam around the core (it was the same thickness) by running duct tape up the sides and over and then glued...

Check out this tutorial by Wynar for putting PlastiDip on your weapons for decoration. Also, you can sharpen a drywall knife (like this one) for making long, straight cuts (i.e. beveling the edge of a blade). Umm...other than that, my only suggestion is to plan, plan, plan! Sketch out...
