I noticed that not all of the rituals have the words to actually cast the rituals.

you can get it from true value, or use like a window sealing foam strip, and duck tape it to the core. so it does not rattle. also, taping the foam tightly wrapping it around, and not length wise will also fix that rattle problem too...
