Why take sword and board when you can't use those item while using your wand, I mean sure you can use as a fall back if that's what you want but I would go with a 9 column and rits since it would be fun to enchant the wands I create.

It's all generated under the treasure policy. For items that are PC created would just require the GM and owner to look up the production value of the item and input that into the database. There is no national database, each chapter generates it's own list which PC's with the skill should have...

In a PC vs NPC situation it's easy for plot to say yes you can track as it helps promote and get players involved in the plot and story ARC's. If PC's want to start tracking other PC's in a hunting match then you better brush up on your Man Hunt skills as plot will not give any help in that...

You have to take into account that a wand should not be your main source of damage dealing, it's meant to be a support tool for celestial casters and the spells they already have.

Actually a 20 column would net you around 8400k point of elemental damage, I think a 9 block would get you 810 points of elemental damage. I knew my math was wrong the first time! ;o

I think you have this wrong, you DO NOT get a set of tags per wand, you get a set number of tags based on your spell column/pyramid and must then choose which wand you want to use and channel that element from that wand taking away from the total number of elemental packets you can throw. You...
