Good quality hiking boots. Warm, good tread, and waterproof. For the longest time I used in period looking boots, but they honestly if I could go back and change one thing it would be to just use nice hiking boots instead regardless of how they look.

Funny enough that is what I switched from, I was an Hobling Earth templar in 1.3, into rogue in 2.0. A dozen dodges and static 20s is good times. Mostly I was too lazy to learn new incants for a 2nd time.

Curious, Why do you think it hurts the game?

It occurs to me, Recharge Prowess makes splashing much more valueable, you get a 2nd use a of big skill like dodge/eviscerate or what not for free.

I would disagree with the first part... But agree with the latter. Some of the rogue ones are really bad for there cost. But I feel like profs and BS are fine they basically top out at 10s for 1hander, 15 for 2hander and 20 for Backstab at the high end. Which seem like fine numnbers to me.

Personally I like cross class splashing, it fixes a major issue with the 1.x of the game, where everyone of a class looked pretty much the same. Now you have alot more skill options combined with easier splashing to make characters truly Unique.

Does this apply to characters I havent played since the rebuild?

High Orcs have Tusks, and see some play. So not sure it is only that. But likely a big factor in it Personally for me, I would never do a tusk race, it seems terrible.
