1/2 Priced Skills, Round up or down?

If I play a race that pays 1/2 price bp for a particular skill do I round up or round down?

For most cases, this is not an issue, as most half-costs are of even numbers. However, in the case of a Dryad (Scout, Rogue, or Artisan) taking Herbal Lore at half cost, the race description states that you should round up (ARB pg.42, column 2, just before the start of the Dwarf racial description).
