Good Afternoon Everyone,
The Alliance organization was working to get a nationwide policy for all of the chapters, however the result in the end was lacking, and we chose to utilize the same insurance provider as we did last season. What that means is that we will be keeping the same membership fee from last season, to cover the cost of insurance for the chapter.
Everyone who plays in our chapter will be required to pay a $15 fee to cover the costs of insurance for the year. This is a one-time fee that covers for all of the 2021 season.
Since we were a little late getting this information to you, we will offer extensions to anyone who needs them till our second game. If you show up with only your event cost in hand, and need some time to get the $15, that is totally alright.
