I have long been... Long before all this, before all fell... Before... My wife Beatrice says I must be brief -- I need to sleep. So tired. Tired of all... of all the death. I can't seem to remember --

Yes, I have something important to say. It's important -- imperative for you all to remember. Yes, to remember. Wayside was young when I was old, now I'm older still. So very cold. So very cold at night after they're all gone -- so cold when He...

I want to say -- I want to stop... bad men... bad people from hurting the land I love. I want... I want it known that Lurin has fallen to... Lurin is not to be...

Lurin isn't official. He isn't part of this land, anymore. He... His guild... They aren't... This land will not recognize connections with Albor - he is not to be one of us. He isn't... He. Is. A... He -- And Runir. And the Earthen Fist. They're sick... they don't act... anymore. Not anymore. Don't look to them as one of us. So very sick.

So very tiring. So very alone. Yes, Beatrice, I'm coming. I'll be with you soon.

the last mayor of wayside - Horation

Master Horation,

I do not full understand what you are attempting to state. However I would like to assure you that the Order of the Earthen Fist no longer recognizes Lurin and Runir as members of the Order. With their corruption to necromancy they are no longer of us, and have been stripped of their titles and rights of the Order. I have stated this publicly in a past message. If you need me to reiterate this I will. Lurin and Runir, no longer speak or act on behalf of the Order, and they are corrupt vampires who embrace necromancy.

If you have the time I would like to speak with you about this, I know that there is a great deal going on. But if you have any information or questions about the Order or Lurin and Runir's standing in it I would greatly appreciated speaking with you.

May you find warmth from Winter's sweet embrace,
Kevar Byrne, Standard Bearer to the Order of the Earthen Fist.
