We need a pair of quartered tabards in sky blue and black. These are for recurring NPCs and they're intended for actual costuming (as opposed to the usual "brown tabard means it's a gnoll" approach) so they should be of decent quality. They need to fit people that are vaguely Ryan- or Kyle-shaped. We'd like these by the next event if possible. Feel free to PM me with any questions.
