The next Alliance LARP Wisconsin one day event, "A Fond Farewell", to be held on July 30th, is open for Pre-Registration! All pre-reg's and payments are due by July 22nd. The cost will be $25 for this event. To NPC for this event the cost is $10. This includes a tasty meal provided to you as well. Pre-regging and prepaying for this event will knock $5 off from the cost! Please make all payments to alliancewisconsingm@gmail.com via paypal.

The event will be held at
4300 Graceland Blvd. Racine WI. 53405 starting tentatively at 10am.

To Pre-reg please fill out the form on the CMA and send any questions or concerns to alliancewisconsinlogistics@gmail.com.

The menu for our upcoming one day event on July 30 will be as follows:

Italian beef sandwichs with motz cheese
Sweet corn tomato salad
Egg salad sandwich (since they were a hit)
Chips
Desert bar

Make sure to get those prereg's in!

Important announcement!

Alliance Wisconsin is pleased to announce that we will be extending our pre-reg/pre-pay deadline until Tuesday, July 26th at 5pm. We understand people may have been LARPing this past weekend in Chicago Alliance Larp and we wanted to give everyone a chance to get the pre-reg's in. Thank you for your continued support and we hope to see everyone next weekend for our last one day event of the season!

Important update!

This weekends one day event on July 30th, has unfortunately been cancelled due to low attendance. It is not viable for us to run an event for so few people. We are all saddened by the turn of events but hope to see many of you at the upcoming events later in the season.

Also, we are providing three options for those that already pre-paid and/or are season pass holders for this weekends event.

1. You may donate your payment for a 10:1 gobbie rate.

2. You may use your payment as credit towards a future ALW event.

3. You may request a full refund.

Please note that season holders will be limited to option 1 or 2.

All those effected should email ALW logistics at Alliancewisconsinlogistics@gmail.com with your decision. Please have your decision in to logistics by September first. After that point, if no decision has been received all amounts paid will be credited as a donation to ALW.
