To all citizens of Wayside!

Let it be known that for far too long the duchy of Tymphany has stood without a permanent Duke. It is my honor to recite the words of his Majesty the King by officially naming Duke Basil Monteque as the new Duke of Tymphany.

Baron Kalec Grovewarden, who was serving as acting Duke of the land will be given official position as Baron under Duke Monteque. We hope to see great things from them and the land.

I am honored to take up the position of Duke during these times. Together, we can ensure Tymphany will grow and prosper like never before. I devote myself to The Kings cause, and to the people of Wayside.

Let it also be known, that as of this moment, my kin and I will protect the land of Tymphany and Wayside as a whole from any threats. I also wish to officially disband the community known as The Libarian Empire. For it's purpose was to find peace and unity within the unprotected races. Through hard work and trust, we have achieved a place to call home, and a land free of mindless slaughter. We wear the Kings colors now, and we shall protect those of Tymphany, now and forever.

Many congratulations are in order for your success both in your goal to see peace for zee creatures you represent and for taking zis audacious step towards peace with Wayside as a whole.

I must admit I know very little of your past conflict but feel duty to zee kingdom to assuage any former angst and pave zee road towards peace for all people of Wayside.
